• The Gift Voucher is available as a one-time use.

• The Gift Voucher is non-transferable between bookings or guests. Any remaining balance on this Gift Voucher will be lost.

• The Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash/other gift cards.

• We cannot be held liable for Gift Vouchers which have been lost or stolen.

• The Gift Voucher has a redeemable value of 0.01p.

To redeem the Gift Voucher bookings must be paid for directly through www.airbnb.com or www.booking.com platforms by the guest.

Your Unique Voucher number on the Gift Voucher must be quoted at the time of the booking by informing the host during the online booking process.

The host will pay back the value of the amount paid by the guest to the online platform up to the maximum value of this Gift Voucher upon presentation of the Gift Voucher and the matching Unique Number on arrival.

Express Mail : Your order will be posted using Royal Mail’s UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service. A signature is required upon delivery by the recipient. Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Fri for next day delivery (excludes Bank & Public Holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday.

Standard Mail : Your order will be posted using Royal Mail’s First Class Service, please allow up to 7 working days for processing and UK delivery.

International Mail : For orders being delivered to an address outside of the UK.

We package your voucher inside a beautiful white Conqueror Envelope with high white wove. The envelope will be unsealed. The voucher will then be placed inside a hard backed envelope which will protect it during postage.
